Worst service. Never keep up the promise.

Had applied for one year plan on 27 January, Have not got the connection yet till today(15th March). Have called the customer care 7 times and every time they say they will call back and no one calls. It’s a frustrating experience. I’ve asked for refund and yet to receive it.


Never pay till you get the connection and you are satisfied.
