Too bad service

I have 18 days old ACT connection and I have made 30 calls that your Internet is not working. every alternate days. I’m having same issue. when I call customer care they said it will resolve shortly. I dont know how they define "shortly". I have escalated so many times. and CC guys said. manager will contact within two hours but never get a call from their managers.


I have horrible experience experience with ACT broadband.
