Frequent breakdowns

Incompetent customer service. Over the past few months, there have been frequent Internet breakdowns for 24 to 48 hrs. This time, it is more than 2 days without Internet.


The worst part is they lied to me saying their Customer Service tried contacting me to resolve the issue.


The latest on the current issue is they have said they will resolve within 24 hrs for the third time since day before yesterday!


Here is the core issue -


They have their junction box set up in my neighbouring building with a tenant who had taken the responsibility.


Now, the tenant has quit the building and the junction box has been switched off!


ACT Internet is now searching for potential owners who will keep the junction box connected in their building and switched on 24 hrs.


Customers like me have to depend on others to keep the junction box switched on all the time!


Been 3 days now without Internet
