Customer service is very very bad

Sometimes the connect is very very slow or goes off. During that time, Customer support for existing customers is almost nill.


The given customer support phone numbers does not work or does not connect. Eventhough, rarely it connects, after making wait for long in the phone queue, the phone line goes irresponsive.


The monthly bills will be generated promptly and so many messages and reminders will be sent even before due date. The Act company is just interested in collecting money monthly from customers just like a collection agent. Not a professional set up to interact with.
