Bad customer service

When we took the connection for one year the agent told us we will get refund in case we shift and they fail to provide internet connection their, we shifted from sector 1 to sector 3(in the month of september), they said its not feasible n cant provide connection their, where as in the very next lane our friends were using act connection only, anyways we raised refund request and took internet connection from other internet provider, act people said their refund department will get in touch with us, nobody contacted us from their side, I called again they said within 15 day refund will be given please share a/c details, I emailed them the a/c details and received an email saying we have no such policy of providing refund, they are such big cheaters literally they wasted our one month in this, I called again asking how can I receive such email when they already said that refund will be given in 15 days, this time the Cs representative(tanushree) said I have informed the team within next 15 days u will get your refund, I informed her that I have recorded this call and if I dont receive my refund I will file a complain in consumer court . waited for 15 days n yes they are cheaters have already filed a complain against them, such service providers dont deserve to be in market when they dont know how to move ahead without cheating their customers, I totally regret taking connection from them, anyways I wont suggest anyone to take connection from act after may 2017 almost every weekend their was connection issues n we had to waste our time raising complain n they kept saying that it wont happen again n we will resolve this problem permanently , I wouldn’t suggest anyone to take connection from these type of service providers who cheat their customers n lie to them n dont know how to do their job on time .
