The connection was provided at a lightening speed (in Indiranagar Bangalore). The sales executive promised a bill upon activation. When I called the customer care for bill, I was told it will be available in the next month. The connection snapped on the 3rd day itself. I lodged a complaint and resolution was promised within 24 hours. It is the 3rd day and yet to be resolved. I don’t think they have a proper infrastructure to support the connection or speed they boast off. Once again I am forced to believe that a Branded service provider is better than these street vendors. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE WAS TO GO FOR ACT!
