My connection was taken from a nearby house where the ACT box was present, before few days they neighbour switched to jio and they had to remove the ACT box in this case, act people said they are unable to proy me connection so I said thats ok, but please refund my payment done for the month of October(which I used only 30 gb) they said once the connection is closed we will help you with the refund, but after closure they have mentioned that we will not provide any refund in middle of a service period. In that case I requested to help me with the reconnection which are not concerned off, and the customer service agents are highlights here they talk only rubbish and dont know about the process or the customer satisfaction. Thanks a lot ACT for all the trouble.
