I have been using ACT broadband Wifi since 4 years and the speed is good. but any problem we have to contact the customer care. now we got a resolver tool installed which clears the problem so no issues with that. since nobody stays at home during day time; our WiFi is kept on all the time. And the provider has given the connection to somebody else to use in that period. We observed it and reported the issue. They took a lot of time to solve it and we were disappointed with it. the internet spped is good; the connection reliability is also good but the service is very bad.
