The worst support I have ever seen in my life

Usually, I do not complain because I believe nobody’s perfect, even companies so if they are trying to do their best I am ok with it. But today, I have to write this review because ACT Broadband’s team is just trying to make me crazy. I am a consultant and I work only through the internet so: no internet = no money


On the 28th of July, my internet connection stopped during the day. I tried to call the support but it was unreachable. I tried constantly until Monday morning when I finally succeed.A tech person came at 2 pm so I had to come back from the office. He tried for 2 hours without finding a way to fix the issue.He told he will be contacting me back in the evening to come to fix it with some other persons. I waited for nothing all evening. I called him many times, he never picjed my calls.


On Tuesday, I got an sms asking me if I was satisfied with the service. Obviously, I replied No.Then, I got a call from another guy, telling me that he would be coming to solve the problem. I waited for his call till Thursday morning. For sure, I tried to call him many times, but He never picked the calls.


On Thursday, I called him and fortunately, he replied. He told me to come back at 7:30 pm from the office. I left office early, cancelled meetings, came back at 7:00 to be sure that everything would be ready for him. I waited till 8:00 pm then I called him. I still can’t believe what he told me! He told: "Oh, right! It won’t happen today in any case! I’ll be coming whenever I will have some time!. Then he cut the call. I called him back and told him that I am waiting for the last 6 days and I am loosing money every day because of them!


He told sorry and cut the call.


I called the support and the guy called Kaushik, told me that a manager called Mahesh will call me in 5 minutes. I waited till Monday . I finally succeed in reaching them. The same Kaushik picked the call. I told him that I am still waiting for the call. He told me he never promised anything...


Then he told me to wait for the same manager who finally, never called me. I called them back in the end of the after noon. I got a genuine CSR named Rajan who tried to really help me. He organized a conference call with the tech guy so we can speak all together. The tech guy just said he cannot do anything for me and said he doesn’t want to talk to me.


Finally I requested a manager who also tried to help me. He promised me that by tomorrow, means the day after, my problem will be solved. A tech called me in the morning to tell me he will be coming later to my place. I told that he can call at anytime, I will make myself available. Finally, When I called him at 6 pm, he told me: "I cannot come! I will come when I will be free the not today. It has been 11 days without internet and still the issue is not solved.


In fact, if ACT Broadband would have told me that they are working on it but they face some issues, I would have totally understood. But the way they all behaved is unacceptable. Nobody is really willing to help me and trying to solve my issue. I am loosing money everyday and I cannot do anything about it...


ACT Broadband is seriously the  worst  company I have ever seen....
