I had heard a lot of mixed reviews about the service provider before deciding to take a risk and opt for the service. I choose a year’s subscription with some skepticism about their service.
Must say, has been one of the best decisions. Problems are rare and if any are rectified almost immediately. The customer service is responsive and service engineers show up almost immediately. Speed is good, consistent and uninterrupted.
However, internet service quality does depend on the area of service as well. I stay near Sarjapur Road and most people I have consulted have only good things to tel about Act Broadband.
