ACT has good speed but very bad customer service

I wouldn’t blame the Internet speed, price wise they are neither too less nor too high but the customer service what they have is pathetic for the amount they charge us. If there is thunder or lighting there wont be internet for minimum 24hrs. Always the common reason they give as fiber cable is cut, at times it even took more than 24hrs.


Minimum hours to resolve even a minor issue is 24hrs and not before 24hrs.


If you are looking for Reliable connection try to Avoid ACT and go for something local who will resolve your issue at the earliest especially for people working from home dont opt for ACT.
