Title: Extremely Disappointed with ACT Fiber Worst Internet Experience Ever
I am writing this review after enduring one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with ACT Fiber. I am a new customer, currently in my second month of service, and I already regret choosing this provider. Within such a short period, I have faced frequent and prolonged internet outages sometimes multiple times a week. On several days, the internet remains down for at least one hour or more, completely disrupting my work and personal commitments.
For a company that claims to deliver high-speed and uninterrupted connectivity, the reality has been the complete opposite. The quality of service is utterly unreliable, unstable, and far below professional standards. What makes this situation even worse is the pathetic level of customer support. Every time I raise a complaint, I am met with automated messages, delayed responses, or empty promises that the issue will be resolved within a few hours. In most cases, nothing happens, and I am left waiting endlessly without any accountability or proper updates.
ACT Fibers customer care is one of the worst I have ever experienced. The representatives either disconnect calls midway or repeat the same scripted apologies without taking any real action. It appears that the company is more focused on collecting payments than actually providing quality service or addressing customer concerns. There is zero sense of responsibility or commitment toward their customers.
Despite paying full charges on time, I have not received even 50% of the promised service quality. My repeated requests to fix the connectivity issues have gone unanswered. Even when I tried to initiate disconnection due to these ongoing problems, no one bothered to respond or process my request. It almost feels like once they get your payment, your problems are no longer their concern.
In todays digital world, where stable internet is a necessity for work, education, and communication, such poor service is unacceptable. I had initially chosen ACT Fiber believing their advertisements and positive claims about reliability and speed, but the actual experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I have wasted hours trying to reconnect, reset, and follow troubleshooting steps that should not be necessary for a premium service provider.
ACT Fiber has completely failed to deliver on its promises, both technically and in customer care. I would strongly advise anyone considering their service to think twice before subscribing. There are far better and more reliable ISPs available that value customers and actually deliver what they advertise.
If ACT Fiber truly values its customers, they must take immediate corrective action, improve their service quality, and train their support staff to handle issues professionally. Until then, I would rate them zero out of five stars and consider them one of the worst service providers I have ever dealt with.
