Worst response from customer service

ACT customer service team doesn’t respond to customer issues. They just send one standard email saying that it has escalated and will hear from us shortly. That timeline can go months together. They don’t value customers and just money minded people. Worst and irresponsible team. If I had an option to choose half star for this I would have given that.
