WARNING!! I paid the money to ACT despite mixed reviews. But finally ACT BB proved useless. BEWARE or you will end loosing money.
I had called for ACT broadband connection. They came running and took the deposit and advance 9096 for 6 months. Promised me a free WiFi router and dint deliver the connection till date. They promised delivery of connection withing 7 days.. It’s almost 10-12 days I have not got the connection. The Guy’s name is vasanth @ Indiranagar mob #9538879705 and manager 9538894212 (Mahesh) did not even bother to pick the call.
Customer care after waiting for more than 20 min and getting disconnected when you are about to talk to customer executive, takes your complaint and gives you a docket number. But there is no response to your complaint. Email to the help desk did not evoke any response. Please I request u guys not to take this connection or else u ll end up in loosing money.
I am planning to lodge a police complaint for taking the money and booking them under forgery.
