They have a very good customer care and technical team . It takes them 24 hours to solve the problem when 24 hours is finished . I called the customer care and asked what happened then they say its 24 working hours
That’s equal 3 days . It may extend to one month also . Well, the broadband speed is fast when some problem comes they are not active . They are so slow it may one month also.
Their customer care is like nursery children and the technical team is like turtle. Their area manager for Shivajinagar, Mr Shamshu and Shiva. I don’t know what work they do. They just take salary from the company
If it is entertainment purpose you can get it .
But you are working from home never ever try to get act connection . Or you should have one temporary dongle to do your work.
