I took the dreaded decision to move from Airtel to ACT. I had some expectation of marginally lower quality service wrt Airtel, but Act surpassed in their ugly behavior.
1) They’ve uneducated, untrained, uninformed part time chaps working for them. Don’t expect them to give any information to you.
2) Pay the money and forget about it. It’s more like getting subsidized gas connection. Keep pleading them to make things move. I’ve paid 7072(ID: 1141715)
3) No response to emails.
4) They’ve put the wire to the doorstep, and said they won’t do further setup till the router in my house.
Incase you’re planning to move from a more standardized provider, be ready to be shocked.
