Pathetic service

I took new connection at Madivala in November, its almost a month now, connection goes off suddenly, have to call atleast twice a week to service centre and wait for atleast 15  minutes to talk to the customer service personnel.


No improvement seen even after shouting at the people and nodal officer says reach out to customer service before escalating.


They are bothered only on payment not service.
