Pathetic service....

Pathetic customer support/ after sales service.It’s going to be 7 days tomorrow since I made initial complaint of no connectivity.


Immediately a computer generated mail comes stating the problem will be resolved in 4-12 hrs.


Since that day I have been calling then up to follow up, and request them to check the wire at my home premises because I could see that my connection has been cut as the whole area’s cable connection was getting reinstalled.


After reinstalling the cables, I get a msg that my issue has been resolved on the 4 th  day, while my Internet wire I can see is still cut, hanging from my roof.


Calling the customer care again and again, repeatedly many times, they say that the engineer has checked the server and my connection is intact without even checking connection at my home. I got a msg saying my complaint /issue has been resolved. Without even checking the problem at my home.


After many calls, today on 6th day at 8:45PM they say their engineer will come to check connection at my home.


Their work hour ends at 9:00 PM.And as I knew they came checked and went back saying the issue can be resolved only tomorrow morning.


Pathetic service.
