Very bad customer support

I have used ACT for almost 2 years and initially they were really good at customer support. Recently I had some issue and they really never bothered to correct the issue on time and instead chose to close the tickets without resolving the issue. Very disappointed with the kind of service, I decided to go ahead with another service provider. Hope ACT takes customer reviews seriously or else they will lose their existing customer base.
