I was using act broadband from long time. Its best internet service provider before but from few months its being bad when I paid 7176rs on 20th July for new connection and was assured connection in 10days.
But nothing happened by 10 days and after escalation people started working on but unfortunately the terms and conditions given by building association is not met. so I have given refund request on 8th Agaust. I have given bank details on 12th August and was assured refund in 7 days.
Even after 4 weeks and multiple escalations there is no update on when will I get my money back. When ever I call customer service they say its escalated to next level and you will get call in 24hrs, I dont understand what does 24hrs mean in ACT dictionary. There is no response for the mail sent to nodal officer too. Their service is being bad now.
