ACT Fibernet Bangalore, Indiranagar is the worst service provider ever existed in India. They are frauds. Service center is hopeless they never solve any issue but keep on raising requests and their backend team only sleeps.
Mine is a new connection and am waiting to a week for activation still waiting and no response at all from ACT fibernet. When u call the pathetic customer care they just log a complain and does nothing. They are good at taking money from customers but never bother to give good service. Perhaps I will be the only customer who have paid and not even used their service for a day and would have asked for disconnection.
Never ever go for ACT fibernet bradband connection. Airtel charges more but they give far batter service.
