Customer Service is pathetic!!!

Please rectify your customer care service or I’ll make sure people know about your unprofessional behaviour.  Few minutes back I had managed to speak to Mr Manjunath regarding my billing which is incorrect I had asked him why this is happening every month, last month I had the same issue! I expect a call from your senior manager I said to the CCC guy but he replied, " Sorry sir nobody will call u your billing will be rectify with in 24 hrs working time" I said all the time why do I have to call the CCC to rectify my bill? But nobody will call me to small apologize.


This is ridiculous! If this continues I will make sure your entire act name goes down within same 24 hrs.


Dont mess with the Public! If you mess with them your business will become a big mess.


Choice is yours.
