I took this broadband after getting tired of horrible netconnect broadband. As such this broadband is very good in terms of speed. But the issue lies with disconnectivity and drop in speed even if you have monthly balance remaining.
Almost every week some issue crops with act broadband. Act broadband is not at all reliable if you want to do some official / important work as you do not know when the net will get disconnected or the speed will drop to speed of post free usage speed.
Customer care is the worst I have ever faced. First of all on calling customer care it takes minimum 5 minutes(irrespective of day or late night) before some one picks up the call.
Customer care people will say 4 hours time to correct the issue and will take atleast 2 days and that too unguaranteed of proper solution and till that date our work will get affected.
There is no way to escalate the issues. Earlier I had netconnect broadband which had many problems in it and I used to think it the worst broadband service. Now using act broadband I see that act is worst then netconnect especially in its customer service.
Act customer service is really frustrating.
