I have raised multiple complaints about intermittent connection failing and WiFi signal with in the same house from bedroom to hall dropping drastically even after upgrading to 100mbps speed with a TPLink C 20 WiFi new router, none attends the complaint raised and simply send false SMS and close the tickets, even calls to customer care are not helpful people either say they are connecting to supervisor and leave you on IVR for hours or dissconnect calls. A guy called Sachin from Hyderabad Cust care helped to send a tech guy to fix issue but that ruthless tech guy Satya Narayana and his Supervisor Krishna didnt fix any issue and even without any information they just left and closed my ticket...really feel sad for association of 10 years with ACt. Looks like Indians are good only with assisting foreign countries via Customer care even if the customer is far Im world, being in India Cust care centers just take advantage of not being seen in person by customer.
Finally all I have to say is ACT fiber net sucks, ACT you fail to solve customer issue. loyalty to your network is no worth!
