I stay in Whitefield Area (Hagadur Main Road). I took the connection on 1st of April 2014, and I have already planned to discontinue the Connectivity by this month end. I am planning to go for some other Broadband service provider.
NEVER TAKE the ACT Broadband It has worst net connectivity, I was told that they will provide 15 MBPS but half of the time the net never worked.
Every week for 2-3 days I was not having Internet connectivity. And Out of this 42 days (from 1st April 2014 to 12th May 2014) almost 15 -16 days there was no net connectivity. Even now From 8th May till today (12th May 2014) my net is not working.
Whenever I call the customer service They always Apologize for something or another and give all Bullsh t replies. I was told that some field Agent will be coming to my place to correct the Connectivity Issue on 9th May but still not he has not come. The name of the Field person is Pradeep and another guy Prakash. God only knows how they are coming, even the ACT Customer Services providers Dont know how they are coming, for them they are still on the way.
Even tried to contact Some Kiran Kumar (some Team Lead) from last 2-3 days but the poor guys is always on call 24/7. he is never free. GOD know whom he call and whose issues he is resolving. Every week for 2-3 days net wont work.
At the time of taking the connection I was told that once we raise any issue it will be solved within 24 hours. So once when my issues was not getting solved even after 3 days one of the Lady executive told me that 24 hours means 24 working hours that is 3 days(8 hours working per day). I was shocked to hear it. This is kind of BULLSH*T reply people get from ACT Customer Care.
I am literally frustrated and getting irritated whenever I open my system to access the internet. The type of offers which they make are very lucrative but the type of service they provide is worst. Hence, I sincerely suggest not to take ACT Broadband Service. its a total waste of money and energy.
