Worst customer care system

In last 2 weeks, internet was down for 3 times. 2 times, it took 1 day each to get the problem resolved. Now it’s already 3 days, issue still continues, no proper response or update from Support team. Only answer is wait 24 hrs. Ticket number:1018929582747
