Pathetic Customer service/care, getting in ACT connect is a trap, there is no policy online for connection cancellation and hence have to only rely on the customer care representatives who do not respond quickly nor follow-up with the complaint. for cancellation of the connection I had to constantly call customer care representatives to follow up with my complaint, and the worse part was I had to explain the entire issue with every customer representative, which is so exhausting.
