Act does not have any proper coustmer care service. Because act doesn’t give any proper service for us if we call to coustmer care the person who all attending the call also not any responsibility. I think they also donlllll partical knowledge. I don’t like give one star also to act, this star also not by myself it’s by themselves only
One miss. Manisha told me "told me that sir we will rectify ur problem immediately and they told me they send one Mr. Savanna for our service. but this words are like always words. And again I called many time and I got another one even his name doesn’t pronounce name also clearly after wishing he keep quite more than ten minutes. I thinking that the coustmers are mad don’t need any special attention. Never ever I will not recommend act fiber net to any one. That much they are waste.
