They do deliver the speed they promise, and it’s the best service in Bangalore, by far. But they delayed my connection initially by more than 3 weeks, which kind of set a bad first impression. But eventually everything turned out well and we hardly experienced any disruption in service. Maybe once or twice in a period of two months or so, but overall they’re the best internet service provider in Bangalore.
