Faulty connection, facing this issue every 15-20 days. On top of that imprudent customer service which takes around 15 min to connect with one and hats off to their fake promises that service will be restored on the same or next or next to next and so on.day.
Same old same old reasons that competitors cut their cables, if thats so then when not atleast try taking a different approach to resolve it. Seriously guys new company like yours is really testing the patience of customers, so if you cant provide then better stop.
