Amazing service, awesome speed

I had used ACT broadband connection for 2 whole years -


2016 to now andd have had no complaints at all.


The connection was done in a matter of 2 days.


The bills needed to be paid online or you can visit the Bangalore one centres.


I upgraded my packs and downgraded too and all this was done easily.


They have an app of their own, available on Google play store. The app is easy to use and perfect for placing any kind of complaint relating to issues such as no internet or slow speed etc.


The speeds in all of the different packages that I tried were upto the mark. I have never faced issues in the speed of the internet.


Their disconnectiom service is also easy and quick. They only require a 3 day prior notice via phone for the disconnection. We had called them on 27th June for disconnection and we received a message on the 1st of July saying that the connection has been disconnected.


The customer care has always been kind and never rude for anything.


I know many say that they are not good but in my area(malleswaram, Bangalore) the service was perfect and upto the mark.
