This company is cheating customer by not providing broadband internet services.
Frequent netwrok disconnections long durations. 3-4 days no internet. that happens 2-3 times in a month.
The amount will not be waved off for the no service days.
Scrap customer care is in place. whenever u call, they will tell that it will be answered in 24 hrs. the same answer u will get for 4-5 days for any complaint.
They will say that the technical engineer will come to the site, but technical engineer never turned up to customer site and they even updated to the complait that they have visited the customer and issue got rersolved!
Fraud marketing.
my suggestion is dont ever go for ACT Broadband connection.
