ACT Internet has one of the worst support team and worst service they provide. When I called ACT board no and spoke to Kiran the supportive person to inform about the issue that Internet was not working and the net work only 2-3 days a week.
Which I am facing a major issue and told how this can happen often. So he was not ready to listen what I am telling and he told there was a heavy rain so the line got disconnected. I told there was no rain at all last night and in the morning net was working.
The best Response that was given, “you can disconnect the connection and I would take your request for cancellation” This is the best example for the worst service given by ACT.
