Poor Internet Connection

I am using Act Corp Internet Formerly known as Beam Fibernet since 4 years. At the starting I was getting internet with the stipulated plan speed. I am also happy with internet service provided by them. But when they recently upgraded all plans interbet speed is not upto the stipulated speed. Also internet is getting disconnected lot of time. Don’t know the reason behind it.


Each time when interbet is gettinf disconnected its taking 5-10 hours to reconnect thats the big problem Act Broadband is getting. But hatts off to their Technical Team , when ever I raise a complaint with them, with in 24 hours their team reach to my home & solve the problem. During the month of October & November there were .ore disconnections when compared to previous months. I raised this complaint with the top officials & asked them to compensate me for the same. But till now they haven’t responded to my mails.


Don’t what’s happening with the officials of the ACT Broadband, why there is lot of disconnection from them. Also there is problem of power cut in my area so that I can manage with it. Even if the power is available there will be no internet from ACT Broadband. Last week there was noninterbet for more than 3 days which incurred me huge loss due to no internet connection. The reason I am not shifting to other Internet Service Provider is that there technical service isn’t good like ACT Broadband. Once again if this message reaches to the officials of ACT Broadbabd, I request them to reply ro my complaint & compensate me for their fault.
