Very worst service

Now a days ACT service is very worst, they don’t know ow to deal with customer and best thing is ACT earning hidden money from customer, How? I will explain:-


I took basic plan 100GB/month, from jun 2019, that time my data consume very fast where we use only mobile device no laptop no desktop, first I am not notice that, after jun and July I raised the complained but they couldn’t, my daily data consumed was 8/9 GB, where whole day we are in office, only morning and evening we use data, many time I request to ACT service centre to solve this issued but they gave only suggestion not solution, in Sep month I am surprised when my monthly data consume 90% within 10 days than I send the mail either you solve this problem or disconnect my line,


after that they started trick, they called my number after speak anything they cut the phone and suddenly sent message your ticket number is solved, please rating us. same ACT.


Now ACT call me everyday for September bill amount 588/-, ACT know very well I sent mail to disconnected my line before due bill date(15 of month), ACT now this is public violence and still they are doing . same ACT.


I suggest you all don’t take ACT, as per my experience they try to finish your data as soon as possible and compel to purchase extra data in month.


And ACT have only unprofessional employee, I spoke with service person, data engineer and line connection people, they have not good experience in their field, they don’t know how to deal with customer and do their daily work.
