Least bothered about customers

Booked a new connection on 19/11 with a 100% confirmation of installation on 20/11. No connection till 22/11 also and the agent is least bothered to respond.


Not answering calls at all. Now me fighting with customer care. All they make is false promises and after taking money the agents don’t even bother about the customers.
