I am using this for one year mainly because in my apartment many are using it. We were told if you paid 12 months service fees in advance and didn’t buy Wireless router from then we will get 2 months service free. They have signed that in the contract and now they are harassing me everyday with 6 sms and emails saying they will disconnect if I donot pay for one more year asap. I have tried calling their customer service and also tried emailing with all documents and they are not ready uphold the contract. This is miss representation and cheating case, which I strongly feel like taking it  to consumer court


I do agree with other reviewers that they have worst customer service and even worse billing department. They are more expensive than other broadband services available. I definitely will be changing over .
