One thing I have noticed that in Bangalore, not even a singe internet service provider is GENUINE either its BSNL, TATA INDICOM, TIKONA, or ACT.
I have used these connection in past 7 years and recently I was using ACT BB, and this is the height of crime they are doing in FUP. From the last 2 months even not crossing the FUP (FAIR USAGE POLICY) of 40 GB, the speed is reducing to 500 kbps. To make it clear to you, I was using 999 plan of 15 Mbps with FUP of 40 GB, but in last two months after crossing 25 GB the speed is reducing and these buggers sitting in customer care telling that what is shown in the portal is wrong and they have the exact data.
Losers, if you have the exact data then we are having here on the portal page. I am going to file a case in IC3 (INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CASES) against this ACT Broadband and I will make sure their license get cancelled because I really don’t want others to have the same problem as I have been going through the reviews here and on JD, and it shows not only me, there are so many guys who are having the same issue.
Lets get this ACT BB vanish from Bangalore. I have all the screen shots and speed test analysis, and this this time they are going to pay for their nuisance.
