Worst Service

Unbelievable to find such lame and lethargic support team. Even after all the payment, have not received the connection. All they say is that it will solved within today and nothing happens after that. It’s surprising to see such bad coordination and extremely bad customer service. To get in touch to raise an issue or to talk to customer support one has to try calling multiple times to get connected to the line and post that you’re lucky if you get to talk to one after a minimum waiting period of 20min. I was very lucky I had to wait for 58min listening to just the music and it just got disconnected abruptly and did not get a call back too, after that I did not have to heart to call back again. So I tried again calling them the next day and again I had to wait for 38min to get to talk to a guy who told they will do the needful and finished the call.


If someone from the organisation see this kindly do me favour by refunding my money, as I don’t want to be a scapegoat here after.


And for the rest- please choose another service provider. Don’t get lucky like me.
