When my family shifted to Bangalore, Amruthahalli(Hoysala Samruddi apt) from USA, my wife opted to take ACT Broad band connection, because of good feedback from our friends. But The service was really bad from the day one . It took 3 weeks to get hold of the technician to get the new connection. Customer care was simply pathetic and they never hold their promises for many time. after multiple attempts she was able to get the connection. I had to work from home for month and then we realized that the connection was so bad. Most of the time the internet wouldn’t work and other times it disconnects for every few minutes. It is simply unacceptable.
