MY SINCERE REQUEST TO YOU IS PLEASE GO FOR ANOTHER INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER IF YOU WANT A GOOD SERVICE AND NEVER EVER FOR ACT FIBERNET. If you have time, kindly go through my below details, which is the cause for writing this review. ACT FIBERNET Team, One of the Ever Worst Customer Service Team, post sale. No one is taking accountability or responsibility to address customer`s grievances w.r.t internet connectivity even after 17 days. The Most Painful part is even the below responsible persons who are currently working with ACT FIBERTNET Team, is not even bothered to respond calls/ messages / call back culture etc.(Mr.Shravan: 994355xxxx, Mr.Naveen: 915433xxxx & Mr.Satish: 703296xxxx). Really astonished being a private sector how ACT team is giving training these kind of persons and given responsible positions, in Customer Care Deptt. Because of their this kind of ever worst service-, I am forced to surrender my connection mail request, after that ACT team is approaching and putting request not to surrender, we will support.etc. However, I am very clear on my this decision. Can any one from Sr. Leadership Team of ACTFIBERTNET- will respond to this my concern. Even Leadership Team of ACT Fibernet seems to be USELESS, since, after writing my this review- it seems, NO ACTION taken against the above USELESS ACT Fibernet Team members. Also, even after raising the Router and Modem Disconnection request raised- 48 hours completion NO One from ACT FIBERNET has collected back the same from my home. IF IT IS NEW CONNECTION, ACT FIBERNET TEAM WILL CALL YOU IN JUST 30 MTS. HOWEVER, IT IS DISCONNECTION, IT SEEMS, THEY DON’T RESPOND AND TREAT CUSTOMERS AS SLAVES. REQUEST THE INTERNET USERS- PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR ACT FIBERNET FOR EITHER YOUR PERSONAL OR OFFICIAL USE FOR ANY REASON- AS THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS., IN INDIA. I SUGGEST AND REQUEST ACT FIBERNET TEAM, NOT TO ENJOY WITH PUBLIC MONEY FOR ALL YOUR EXPENSES, INSTEAD, YOU CAN SHUT DOWN YOUR THIS CO., ONCE FOR ALL.
