A junction box was installed at my home. I was given a call while I was in my native from the technician that they dont have Power at my home and hence would be shifting the Junction Box. I come back to my home and end up seeing the cables cut which means the technician who shifted never got the connection cable back to my home. I wasnt informed about it and I ended up paying Internet Bills for couple of months even though there was no connecting cable from their Junction Box.
Now when I open a case with them, no one ever visited to FIX the issue. The on-call person just sayswe will get back, issue is escalated. They set their own SLA to FIX the issue before 27th May 8 PM, but its 29th and still no one attends to the problem. I never suggest ACT to anyone.
