Worst customer care

I feel like i’ve made the biggest mistake of my life by opting for the 6 months plan without trying it for a month. It’s only been 20 days since I got the connection and my net has been down for 4 days now, if I call customer Care they say it would be resolved in 24 hours we are working on it, if I ask can I get someone’s number, someone incharge, who can resolve this, they put the call on hold and disappear. The agent who came to the house and talked very highly of their service does not take your calls. The agent promised a speed of 100Mbps, the technicians who came for installation claimed 50Mbps, but I actually got 10-20 most of times and around 40 sometimes, but I was ok that atleast it’s working. Just talking about their service increases my bp.


All in all, worst customer service. My advice stay away from their fake promises.
