No Proper Customer Service

They will come and connect fast, take your money fast and will not inform you about downtime. And when internet goes down. All standards message, "a linked switch is down we are working on it". In my office if a linked switch when down we would have got so many emails about the issue the downtime. But act dosen’t get any alert that something when down. And when we raise ticker we get same responses it will be fixed in 24 hours.
