I heard its quality is very good be it upload or download speed, that’s the reason I paid for the service a month ago and it was argent for my office use and I said them before making payment that they should provide connection in 3days but due to covid19 they delayed it to 2weeks and a connection engineer appeard after 2weeks then he said he can’t provide the service in this area which is in the hyderabad city. They said yes to this area before payment.
They need their payment first so that customers will be after them for service, very bad sevice and there is no concern from anyone its been a month still I did not have connection.
I applied for cancellation of the service.
