From last one year I have been using act fiber broadband service.it an amazing experience with act fibre.before act fibre I have used other local broadband services which always disconnects for days.i fed up with those local services.i took a new connection in act fiber for my house.i visited act fiber office and registered, within 2 days I got connection.before when I was using 30gb usage with 4mbps for rs 700, now they are upgraded usage upto 50gb with same speed& price.
I found that the customer care service is very responsive.once I have lost my connection, i called customer care they registered my problem and within 24 they resolved my problem. no need worry for paying bill they provide service till15th of month after that they disconnect service.
