Very bad service and broadband connect...

Very poor service. Got connect on Saturday for the 40 Mb and got only 4 MB. Called and complained. The technician came and left and the connection stopped working.


I got the call saying the ticket is closed and when I called back the service person starts giving explanation and would not let me talk to the supervisor or manger.


They not even courteous to address the customer request. Very bad service!


Think twice before you sign up. All false promises.
