ACT is worst service, the will raise ticket, and they will close the ticket with out addressing.
I took the connection jun 2015, I dont have proper connection from the beginning. if I call customer care they wont pickup phone. I we sent mail there wont be any response.
I made advance payment of 7500/- approximately. I never get proper connection even for at least one month. they will do more publicity., they wont give the good service. we dont have option to say worst instead of poor.
can any one suggested, how can I get justice .
they are not listening my words.
