Threatening calls from ACT even after paying bills

ACT has started harrassing us again!


Even when we have paid the bill in time i.e. on 12th of aug, suddenly we started getting threatning calls from their employees from 20th August, forcing to pay Rs. 500 to them, for what we dont know!


Even they are not ready to tell what they are asking these extra Rs. 500 for when we have paid the monthly bill?


The employee was threatening us that if we dont pay, she will disconnect our connection but on asking again and again, she was not ready to tell us what was that extra Rs. 500 for?


And today, from yesterday night they have disconnected our connection!Which we still dont know why?


We have already written so many mails to them asking for the reason of that extra Rs. 500 asked for but nobody even bothers to respond to our mails as well! What a pathetic service!
