Avoid them like a plague

Act broadband has a very poor customer service. They took my money for a couple of months without installing the connection.


They would keep on changing the installation date without any notice. When I wanted to get refund it took me many calls and more than a month to get a DD.


Avoid them like a plague if you don’t want to go through all this hassle
